• Two- to three-day itinerary design & booking coordination

• Lodging & activity research and vendor contacts

• Dining & transportation scheduling

• Themed décor & favor concept ideas

• Custom digital welcome packet with itinerary + packing list

💍 Full Day-Of Coordination — $2,500

You’ve done all the planning — now it’s time to relax and enjoy it! My Full Day-Of Coordination package ensures your wedding day runs seamlessly from start to finish so you can focus on what matters most: marrying your best friend and soaking up every joyful moment.

Includes:

• Coordination begins 4–6 weeks before your wedding day

• Detailed timeline creation and vendor confirmation

• Venue walkthrough and layout review

• Ceremony and reception setup oversight, including helping with decor setup.

• Serving as the main point of contact for all vendors

• Management of wedding day logistics, from setup through the formal items

• Distribution tips (if needed)

• Timeline in hand to keep everything on track
